Java Developer - Tietoevry Create (m/f/d)

When joining Tietoevry Create as a Java Developer, you will

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address these issues
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Who we are looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development using Java (version 11 or higher) and related technologies such as Spring Boot and Hibernate
• Solid background in working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Experience participating in large-scale development projects and applying Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to work with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or equivalent

• Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in IT or/and relevant certification (Java SE Developer Certification or equivalent) would be a strong advantage
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
• Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns
