We are seeking skilled Java Developers who are enthusiastic about modern software development and AI-assisted coding workflows. This role offers the opportunity to work within a forward-thinking engineering environment that leverages tools like Cursor or Windsurf to accelerate development, improve code quality, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade solutions.

You will collaborate closely with product and data engineering teams to build high-performance backend systems while continuously adopting emerging development practices.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Core Engineering

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs, integrations, and data-driven platforms.
• Write clean, modular, testable, and well-documented code following best practices.

AI-Driven Development

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf) for code generation, refactoring, documentation, testing, and debugging.
• Share feedback and contribute to improving developer productivity through AI-enabled workflows.

Performance & Reliability

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure system stability.
• Optimize API and backend service performance for scale and reliability.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and RESTful API development.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and integration patterns.
• Proficiency with Git and unit testing frameworks.
• Experience working with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-evolving tech environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to data engineering tools and streaming platforms such as Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor or Windsurf.
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
