Full Stack Developer (Java + React JS)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Microservices. The ideal candidate should have strong backend and frontend expertise, experience in developing scalable web applications, and familiarity with containerization and CI/CD processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level applications using Java (8+), Spring Boot, and React JS
• Build and integrate microservices for scalable and high-performance systems
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth CI/CD and deployment processes
• Perform code reviews, optimize application performance, and ensure adherence to coding best practices
• Troubleshoot issues, maintain application stability, and support production when needed
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance requirements

Technical Skills Required:
• Backend: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate, RESTful APIs
• Frontend: React JS (mandatory), JavaScript
• Databases: SQL, RDBMS concepts
• Microservices Architecture and API development
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• CI/CD Tools: Jenkins or similar
• Version Control: GIT, SVN
• Agile Tools: JIRA, Confluence

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of performance testing and profiling tools.
• Familiarity with TDD/BDD methodologies.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g., FinTech, Healthcare).
