[ Job 24968] Tech-Lead Full stack Developer, Brazil (React, Node, AWS)

As a Tech Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will guide the design and development of robust solutions using React, Node.js, and React Native. Leading a cross-functional team, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead a cross-functional team of developers, providing technical direction, guidance, and mentorship. Design and implement scalable solutions using React, Node.js, and React Native. Architect and optimize cloud-based systems primarily on AWS (including services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and DynamoDB). Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality releases. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in performance, security, and maintainability. Participate in technical planning, backlog prioritization, and architectural decisions. Ensure that CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and monitoring practices are effective and robust. Required Skills and Qualifications: Must-have Skills: Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and React Native. Solid experience with AWS cloud architecture and services. Proven experience leading or mentoring technical teams. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and foster understanding across teams. Advanced English level (spoken and written) is required. Nice-to-have Skills: Exposure to Azure and/or GCP is a plus. US-based healthcare experience is a plus.
