Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis is a multi-sector communications agency representing the icons and innovators across entertainment, social impact, consumer brands, technology, and lifestyle. We are storytellers at our core, weaving narratives through every medium available to the modern landscape.

You may notice our digital presence is purposefully understated. While our clients are global household names, we believe the best work happens when the spotlight stays firmly on those we represent. We fly under the radar by design—preferring to let our campaigns, and our results, speak for themselves.

If you’re driven, intentional, and ready to do good, we’re ready for you!

Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis has an immediate opening for a high-energy, culturally-obsessed Junior Account Executive to join our Los Angeles team. This role is designed for a professional with 2–3 years of experience who is ready to sharpen their expertise in personal representation—from managing high-stakes talent logistics to owning workstreams on a red carpet.

You are a creative thinker who thrives in high-pressure environments and understands that working with talent requires a unique blend of tenacity, discretion, and meticulous organization. If you have a solid foundation in entertainment PR and a desire to build your own arsenal of media relationships, this is your next challenge.

The Role:

  • Talent Logistics & Support: Assist in coordinating day-to-day client requests, including complex schedules, glam/grooming coordination, and providing essential on-site staffing support for appearances and press moments.
  • Integrated Execution: Support team leads in drafting and executing 360-degree communications strategies. You’ll assist in writing pitches, press releases, and briefing notes that reflect the talent’s unique voice.
  • Media Infrastructure & Growth: Maintain meticulous media lists and begin developing your own relationships with journalists and creators. You’ll support the vetting and credentialing process for major events and red carpets.
  • Trend & News Intelligence: Act as the team’s radar. Monitor news cycles for daily breaks and pop-culture trends, ensuring clients are regularly serviced with relevant updates and competitor news.
  • Administrative Excellence: Coordinate the backend across 4–6 accounts. You will own the scheduling, drafting, and maintenance of agendas and activity reports to keep the team and client on track.
  • Emotional EQ: You possess high emotional intelligence and situational awareness. You know how to maintain a calm, professional demeanor around high-profile talent and can read the room to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • The Relationship Standard: You recognize that we are a people business. You lead by example in how you treat your co-workers, clients, and the media—prioritizing trust and confidentiality above all else.
  • Who You Are:

  • Talent-Focused : 2–3 years of PR experience, with at least 1 year specifically focused on talent management (at a PR firm, talent agency, or management firm).
  • Meticulously Organized: You have a tenacious follow-through and an eagle eye for detail. You can coordinate complex logistics on the backend without letting a single task slip.
  • A Strong Writer: You are fast, persuasive, and adaptable, capable of drafting everything from a media alert to a sensitive client memo.
  • A Resourceful Problem-Solver: You are curious, entrepreneurial, and have a "nothing is impossible" attitude when it comes to meeting client deadlines.
  • An Integrated Thinker: You are eager to work within our integrated model, collaborating across social, creative, and brand teams to tell a cohesive story for our clients.
  • Driven to Over-Deliver: You don’t just meet expectations; you constantly strive for excellence and take genuine pride in the success of your team.
  • Benefits x Perks
We go well beyond the benefits that you’re looking for like medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with matching, annual merit-based bonuses, PTO, fertility, FSA for medical, childcare, and commuter expenses. Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis offers those benefits and many perks including, a flexible work schedule, Work from Anywhere program, Summer Fridays, Wellness Days, and a 4-week sabbatical or trip to celebrate select anniversaries.
