Responsibilities
Processing supplier invoices, ensuring correct approval, coding, and timely postingProcessing and reconciling company credit card expenses in line with internal policiesEnsuring correct booking of invoices in the accounting system, including accurate general ledger allocationApplying the correct VAT treatment on invoices in accordance with Domestic/EU VAT regulationsSupporting invoice and expense-related queries from internal stakeholders and suppliersMaintaining accurate and well-documented AP records to support audits and internal controls
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or a related field1 year of relevant accounting experience Strong attention to detail and a structured way of workingComfortable handling repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistencyBasic knowledge of MS ExcelA team player with clear and professional communication skillsMotivated to learn and grow within an accounting role
Nice to Haves
Basic understanding of VAT principlesFirst exposure to accounting or ERP systemsInterest in working in an international or creative environment
