Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Back-end Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of scalable backend services. This is an excellent opportunity for developers early in their career who want to grow their skills in .NET, cloud-native development, and modern backend architectures while working alongside experienced engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using .NET / .NET Core (C#).

• Write clean, testable code following established best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and bug fixes.

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases and support data modeling and queries.

• Assist with Docker-based development and cloud deployments.

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and production support.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and learn modern backend and microservices concepts.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in software development (or equivalent experience through internships, academic projects, or bootcamps).

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code and expose functionality through REST APIs.

• Hands-on experience or strong foundational knowledge of .NET / .NET Core (C#).

• Familiarity with backend frameworks and libraries commonly used in the .NET ecosystem (e.g., ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework).

• Basic understanding of containerized application development using Docker.

• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server, and basic knowledge of NoSQL solutions like MongoDB or Redis.

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, especially using managed or PaaS services.

• Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and basic system design concepts.

• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
