We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Junior Barista to support our growing Dubai office by running the café on our new floor. This role is about creating a welcoming, well-run coffee experience for employees and guests, while keeping the café space clean, organised, and fully stocked.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, etc.) to a high standard

Open, close, and maintain the daily setup of the office café

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of coffee machines, counters, and café areas

Monitor stock levels and flag replenishment needs

Provide professional, friendly service to employees and visitors

Support occasional internal events or meetings with beverage service

Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality is a plus (junior profiles welcome)

Basic coffee-making skills and willingness to learn

Positive attitude, reliability, and strong sense of responsibility

Good communication skills in English

Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
