Junior Chatbot Developer

Responsibilities  

• Develop chatbot flows using the Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure services. 

• Implement and optimize NLU models for conversational AI. 

• Develop back-end services using Node.js and integrate chatbots with external systems via REST APIs. 

• Write and maintain SQL queries. 

• Participate in Agile development practices, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning. 

• Help test and debug chatbot features, ensuring proper API integration.

Requirements

- Experience with Node.Js and Rest APIS

- Good Knowledge of SQL and Data Structures

Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

Having strong data-driven analytical skills. 

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
