Non-negotiables

  • You can write clearly in English (grammar matters).
  • You have basic research skills (can Google effectively).
  • You understand what makes content useful.
  • Motivation to learn and improve every single day.
  • Ability to accept tough feedback without ego.
  • Critical thinking and ability to connect the dots.
  • Courage to speak up when something's wrong.
  • Ownership mindset ("I'll figure it out" vs waiting for someone to tell me what to do).

    • What we'll teach you

  • How to write for Hostinger's audience and voice.
  • SEO fundamentals.
  • Content structure and formatting.
  • Using our tools and workflows.
  • Everything about hosting, domains, and websites (if you don't know already).

    • Your day-to-day

  • In your first three months, you'll spend about half your time writing long-form SEO content for Hostinger Tutorials (guides and listicles) and half learning, getting feedback, and experimenting with AI tools.
  • You'll start writing ~1 article/week with heavy feedback and coaching, progressing to 2-3 articles/week with minimal revisions by month 6.
  • Day-to-day, you'll research topics you don't know yet, collaborate with other teams at Hostinger, and constantly improve your craft. No micromanaging, you own your results.

    • What growth looks like

  • Writing at least 2 articles/week consistently with minimal revisions.
  • Handling more complex topics independently.
  • Helping onboard other new writers.
  • Known for innovative AI usage or bringing fresh perspectives.
  • On track for promotion to mid-level writer within 12-18 months.

    • Your skills and experience

  • English C1+ (written and spoken) - you'll write content for a global audience and your day-to-day communication with the team is entirely in English.
  • Strong grammar and writing fundamentals.
  • Ability to research topics independently and synthesize information.
  • Comfortable learning new tools and technologies.
  • Available to work full-time.

    • Nice to have

  • Any writing experience (blog, social media, school projects, personal content).
  • Basic understanding of SEO or content marketing.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.).
  • Experience with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
  • Interest in tech, web hosting, or online business topics.
