Junior Conversational AI Engineer (Voice Bots)

Role:

• Design and configure conversational voice bot flows using Parloa, starting with rule-based automation and evolving into more complex logic.
• Learn to manage and update Twilio IVR setups to ensure smooth call routing and a good user experience.
• Support the migration of existing voice bots to Parloa AMP and contribute to technical and architecture improvements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, fix logic errors in voice flows, and monitor performance to improve automation results.
• Work closely with product owners and linguists to implement translations, document voice flows, and ensure a consistent bot tone.

Qualifications

Skills: 

• Strong understanding of basic programming logic, including variables, if/else conditions, and loops, with preference for JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Comfortable using CLI tools and having a basic understanding of how REST APIs and JSON work.
• Able to break down complex problems into clear logical steps and explain processes in a structured way.
• Motivated to learn and work with conversational AI and telephony tools such as Twilio and Parloa.
• Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a strong plus.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Additional Information

The place of work will be at: Dritan Hoxha – Kompleksi e-88, Laprake, Tirana
The shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00.
