We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team, who will respond to emails and reviews from users around the world.
The position is fully remote and does not require night shifts.
The scope of services (part-time or full-time) can be agreed based on your availability and our needs.

About you:

  • 0.5 years of experience in a customer support role or a similar role
  • Strong spoken and written English skills
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently
  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of empathy and patience
