Junior Engineer/Designer

Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a Junior Engineer / Designer on behalf of a leading engineering firm. This entry-level role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience, develop technical expertise, and work alongside senior engineers committed to mentorship and career development. The position offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative team and contribute to a wide range of engineering projects from start to finish.

In this role you will:

• Perform engineering calculations with guidance from senior engineers and principals.
• Develop and prepare plan markups for drafting and production.
• Assist with site work, construction administration, and project observations.
• Support project objectives by helping the team meet deadlines and budgets.
• Attend client and project meetings with senior engineers.
• Manage design documentation for smaller projects, including schematic design, construction documents, permitting, and bidding, under supervision.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Requirements

• 0–5 years of professional engineering or design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for drafting and design.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude with the drive to grow within the company.
