Junior HR Specialist, IKEA Sofia

In this role, we will give you the chance to learn and to develop in HR by being part of the daily life of our store. You can count a strong mentorship and you will be involved in project close at heart.

As a person and future colleague, you are passionate about people. You act as an ambassador for the IKEA culture and values and enjoy working with operational tasks in a dynamic and changing environment.

You are confident and positive, and you like to find solutions. Your sense of service has been proven and you will support the co-workers and managers of the unit to which you are attached.

A day in your life with us

You will work with a senior managers to:

·        Provide support in the recruitment and hiring process

·        Participate fully in the onboarding process of new co-worker

·        Provide support for all training and personal development programs

·        Take part in the internal communication

·        Provide other support to the HR team when needed

Qualifications

You are a student or have an university degree in Social Science

Working level of English

Ability to multitask and work hard

Must be very detail oriented and possess strong organizational and follow up skills​     

Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service
