1. Export Shipments:
- Receive shipping plan and place BKG with forwarders
- Arrange trucking, prepare shipping documents, do customs clearance, submit SI, ISF, VGM to forwarders for BL issuing and double check.
- Issue Packing Slip on ERP System and Send documents to FIN team to issue invoices
- Gather documents and sends to customers
- Do Payment Request for suppliers
- Record documents
- Update Export Report
2. Import Shipments:
- Receive AN from Forwarders.
- Receive documents from Procurement team
- Check documents, check HTS Code and do customs clearance.
- Send documents to agents for delivery
- Inform Estimated time of arrival to factory for Procurement + WH team by sending PL via email.
- Do Payment Request for suppliers
- Record documents
- Update Import Report
3. Other task from Logistics Supervisor/ Supply Chain Manager.

Qualification:
BA/ Supply Chain/ Logistics Degree, Fresh Graduate
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
