We are looking for a Junior Performance Project Manager to join our team in Brussels, Belgium, and help enhance performance management across the network.

Job Description

As a Junior Performance Project Manager, you will play a key role providing high‑quality reporting, analysis, and performance insights. You’ll collaborate with teams across the network, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help strengthen existing business processes.

This is an opportunity to work on impactful global projects and grow within a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.

Your responsibilities will be:

Analyse business data to deliver clear, actionable insights for management teams.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and enhance reporting efficiency.

Develop dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Power BI.

Contribute to projects by gathering, interpreting, and presenting key data.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in science, engineering, business management, or economics. Experience in business analysis or data‑driven roles is highly valued.

Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken). Additional languages are an asset.

Personal skills: Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with large datasets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.

Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and familiarity with Power BI and AI tools is a plus.

Please note that V.I.E contracts are only applicable to European Economic Area (EEA) citizens who are between 18 and 28 years old. The position is based in Brussels, Belgium.

Starting date: As soon as possible.

Duration of the contract: 12 months.
