The Opportunity

 

Join our team as we build tools, like our custom-built EHR, that leverage AI to help clinicians reduce administrative burden, improve decision-making, and focus on what matters most: patient care.

As a Junior Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the product development and management of our legacy EHR and custom-built EHR. This is a great opportunity to grow your product management skills by working closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams. You’ll gain experience in product discovery, delivery, and iteration in a mission-driven healthcare environment.

This role reports to a Senior or Staff Product Manager.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Support product management for our legacy and custom-built EHR.
  • Partner with engineering and design resources to help scope, prioritize, and deliver product improvements.
  • Assist with product discovery efforts, including gathering requirements, shadowing clinicians, and documenting feedback from providers and care teams.
  • Collaborate on usability testing and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Help translate user needs into mockups, acceptance criteria, and clear product documentation.
  • Contribute to sprint planning, QA, release coordination, and post-release iteration.
  • Track product metrics and feedback loops to ensure product quality and alignment with user needs.
  • Coordinate with clinical operations and analytics teams to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of product updates.

 

Who you are

 

  • 1–2+ years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Comfort working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a curiosity to learn.
  • A user-first mindset and enthusiasm for improving the clinician and patient experience.
  • Interest in healthcare technology and eagerness to learn about EMRs/EHRs.

Salary range
$115,000$130,000 USD
