As a Junior Project Manager / Transition Coordinator you will support the planning and execution of business or technology transition projects, such as process migrations, service transitions, system changes, or organizational shifts. The role focuses on coordinating transition activities, managing stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely execution of plans with minimal business disruption.

Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

1. Transition Coordination:

  • Coordinate transition workstreams across functions (e.g., RTR, PTP, BTC, sites and locations).
  • Assist in creating and tracking transition plans, checklists, and cutover activities.
  • Support transition readiness assessments and go-live criteria reviews.

2. Project Support & Administration:

  • Maintain detailed project documentation (plans, status logs, RAID logs) following PM framework
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and actions.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines in project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel).

3. Stakeholders communication:

  • Act as a liaison between local teams, shared services, vendors, or global stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communications related to transition milestones, dependencies, and risks.
  • Support status reporting and dashboard preparation.

4. Testing & Validation:

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and issue tracking.
  • Assist with knowledge transfer and handover documentation for receiving teams.

5. Risk & Issue Management:

  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies across transition activities.
  • Escalate blockers and propose mitigation steps as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, IT, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in project support, coordination, or junior PM roles
  • Exposure to transition or transformation programs is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office suite
  • Understanding of shared services, outsourcing, or process migration is desirable
  • Familiarity with bacics of Project Management and proven track of using them in practice
  • Fluency in English is mandatory 
  • Travel expected up to 30%
