We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team, You just need experience in customer service

Schedule & Location Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST ONSITE - Tegucigalpa - Mall Cascadas

What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter, you’ll be the heartbeat of the candidate journey—owning sourcing excellence and supporting full-cycle execution:

• Hunt down top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and creative outreach that gets replies.

• Conduct thoughtful and efficient candidate screens—assessing skills, motivations, and fit with precision.

• Coach candidates before interviews—prep them to shine and represent your role like a pro.

• Build trust with candidates through timely updates, thoughtful feedback, and authentic communication at every stage.

• Keep pipelines moving quickly, cleanly, and transparently—you know the status of every candidate and never let anything slip through the cracks.

Experience & Skills

• 1 year in recruiting or client-facing roles (sales, customer service, operations).

• Process-oriented, organized, and resourceful.

• Nice-to-Have Tools: o LinkedIn Recruiter o Bullhorn or other ATS (Greenhouse, Ashby, CoMeet) o Google Workspace o ChatGPT or other AI tools for sourcing and messaging
