Our client, a well-established family owned business, is seeking a talented Junior Recruiter to join their team in Prague. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional with operations hub hiring experience to develop their career within a stable organisation.

The Junior Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities primarily for the Prague operations hub whilst also supporting hiring initiatives across various European markets.

Working in a hybrid model, the successful candidate will split their time between the Prague office and remote working, allowing for both flexibility and meaningful team interaction.

Junior Recruiter bude řídit komplexní náborové aktivity především pro operační centrum v Praze a zároveň bude podporovat náborové iniciativy na různých evropských trzích.

Úspěšný kandidát bude pracovat v hybridním modelu a bude svůj čas rozdělovat mezi kancelář v Praze a práci na dálku, což mu umožní flexibilitu a smysluplnou interakci s týmem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for operational and professional roles.
  • Conduct telephone screenings and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and provide expert guidance on sourcing and selection best practices.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Maintain and update career webpages to ensure job postings and recruitment content remain current.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create talent pools for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant employment legislation and internal policies.

Hlavní odpovědnosti

  • Řízení celého procesu náboru na provozní a odborné pozice.
  • Provádění telefonických pohovorů a koordinace termínů pohovorů mezi uchazeči a náborovými manažery.
  • Spolupráce s náborovými manažery s cílem porozumět jejich požadavkům na talenty a poskytovat odborné poradenství v oblasti osvědčených postupů při vyhledávání a výběru uchazečů.
  • Vyhledávání uchazečů prostřednictvím různých kanálů, včetně pracovních portálů, sociálních médií, profesních sítí a doporučení zaměstnanců.
  • Údržba a aktualizace kariérních webových stránek, aby byly nabídky práce a obsah náboru vždy aktuální.
  • Podpora iniciativ v oblasti employer brandingu a marketingových aktivit v oblasti náboru.
  • Budování a udržování vztahů s potenciálními uchazeči za účelem vytvoření talentové rezervy pro budoucí potřeby náboru.
  • Zajištění souladu všech postupů náboru s příslušnými pracovními předpisy a interními politikami.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  •  At least six months of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
  • Previous experience recruiting for operations hubs or support centres
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Czech language proficiency
  • Strong team player with collaborative working style
  • Eligible to work in the Czech Republic
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

  • Minimálně šest měsíců prokázaných zkušeností v náboru, získávání talentů nebo personálním obsazování
  • Předchozí zkušenosti s náborem pro provozní centra nebo centra podpory
  • Vynikající interpersonální a komunikační dovednosti se schopností budovat důvěru u zainteresovaných stran na všech úrovních
  • Znalost aplikací Microsoft Office
  • Pokročilá znalost anglického jazyka (písemná i ústní)
  • Znalost českého jazyka.
  • Silný týmový hráč s kooperativním stylem práce.
  • Oprávnění k práci v České republice.
  • Bakalářský titul v oboru lidských zdrojů, obchodní administrativa, psychologie nebo příbuzném oboru.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruitment experience specifically within the Central and Eastern European (CEE) market
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools
  • Previous agency recruitment experience

Benefits

CZK 850,000 - CZK 970,000 Annual Base (approximately €35,000 - €40,000)
