Junior RF Systems Engineer

As a Junior RF Systems Engineer you will support our growing RF department to a variety of tasks including equipment testing, rack-based RF solution integration, site surveys, field installations, and measurements. You’ll work closely with senior engineers, gaining hands-on experience with real deployments while developing expertise in distributed antenna systems and in-building RF systems. The position reports directly to the RF Lab Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support lab integration of RF modules and rack-based solutions (repeaters, signal boosters, power supplies)
• Assist in field surveys, RF measurements, and system tuning
• Participate in on-site installations (cabling, grounding, device installation)
• Carry out diagnostics and simple repairs on returned RF equipment
• Document configurations, wiring diagrams, and test results
• Maintain inventory and tool readiness for field operations

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, or similar
• 1- 2 years of experience with RF systems, signal measurement equipment (spectrum analyzers, site masters), or cabling work is a plus
• Hands-on mindset and willingness to work both in the lab and on the field
• Team player with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
• Valid driver’s license (for field work) is desirable
