Junior RPA Developer

Job Description:

• Lead the end-to-end RPA lifecycle: requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Translate business processes into robust automation solutions using RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
• Ensure best practices, governance, and security standards in automation projects.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize bot performance.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with architects to integrate RPA with AI/ML, OCR, APIs, and ERP/CRM systems.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in Intelligent Automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 0-2 years of hands-on experience in RPA development and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath (preferred) or other major RPA tools. Proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, or VB for advanced automation needs.
• Experience with databases (SQL), APIs, and workflow orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with OCR, AI/ML integrations, and Document Understanding.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Nice to Have (Optional) UiPath Solution Architect certification.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for automation deployment.
• Experience leading automation projects or managing small RPA teams.
