We're looking for a detail-oriented Senior Manager to oversee the entire Key Account Management team, overseeing E-commerce operations across online marketplaces and platforms. The E-commerce Lead will drive sales growth (GMV), build strong brand partnerships, and ensure smooth store operations while managing and developing a high-performing team.
What You Will Do
Business Growth & Strategy
- Drive growth and expansion for subsidiaries and brand partners by providing strategic support and operational guidance.
- Develop and execute store management strategies across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other relevant E-commerce channels.
- Lead and manage overall E-commerce sales activities, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.
- Identify new business opportunities, build partnerships, and negotiate with key stakeholders to expand market presence.
Key Account & Store Operations
- Manage end-to-end store operations: traffic, conversion, campaign execution, fulfillment, and customer ratings.
- Collaborate with brand partners on marketing plans, trade investments, and joint business planning.
- Ensure alignment between brand expectations and execution on online platforms.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Key Account Management team to deliver business targets.
- Define team KPIs, monitor performance, and provide direction and coaching.
- Foster a high-performance culture and cross-team collaboration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Customer Support teams to optimize campaigns and overall operations.
- Coordinate budgets, forecast sales, and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
Data & Market Intelligence
- Monitor and analyze E-commerce performance metrics, leveraging insights to improve strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging E-commerce technologies to ensure a competitive edge.
Who You Are
- A recognized university degree.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese & English.
- At least 5 years of experience in E-commerce, with 2+ years in a leadership role (e.g., KAM Lead, E-commerce Lead, Commercial Lead).
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, store management, and online sales strategy.
- Strong knowledge of Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other key e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent sales and business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements accordingly.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing teams and working cross-functionally.
