• Serve as the primary point of contact for Key Account Managers and clients for all matters related to Jumia Advertising Solutions (JAS)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and internal KAMs to ensure continuous, recurring, and growing advertising business
• Understand the local media landscape and proactively identify opportunities to impact media plans with new partners, formats, and innovative advertising solutions
• Actively leverage your network of agencies, brands, and partners to promote adoption and usage of Jumia Advertising Solutions
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with media agencies to drive revenue growth through agency-led campaigns and partnerships
• Proactively lead client relationships by leveraging platform traffic and capabilities to drive clients' business and marketing objectives
• Lead end-to-end campaign planning for key accounts, including receiving briefs from KAMs/clients, developing campaign strategies, and negotiating campaign terms and budgets
• Source, execute, optimize, and evaluate all elements of each media campaign, serving as the campaign owner from strategy to execution in collaboration with the Ad Operations Team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ad Operations, Creative, Analytics, Commercial Team, Sales) to develop clear business objectives, high-impact digital advertising programs, and measurement frameworks
• Drive campaign performance by monitoring and optimizing key KPIs through daily campaign management and regular alignment with Ad Ops, KAMs, and clients
• Set up all measurement metrics and KPIs for each campaign to ensure clear tracking and accountability
• Use web analytics tools to analyze site traffic, user demographics, and campaign performance in support of online campaign proposals and client presentations
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction
• Prepare and present comprehensive campaign reports, findings, and performance results to Key Accounts and Client Executives
• Provide quarterly key learnings reports with strategic recommendations for future campaign plans
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing key accounts to maximize advertising revenue
• Maximize revenue inflow from client accounts and attain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets related to your client account portfolio
• Actively identify and pursue new advertising client accounts and agency partnerships to expand business reach
• Conceptualize, verbalize, document, test, propose, and present new digital marketing revenue-generating opportunities
• Act as a knowledgeable industry leader in online marketing, analytics, targeting, and digital advertising best practices
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry developments to provide strategic guidance to clients and agencies
• Improve and share project management processes, standards, templates, and best practices both internally and with client teams
• Manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams and with clients to ensure successful and timely delivery of advertising programs
