- Job Title - Key Account Manager
- Job Type - 1 year Fixed Term Contract
- Location - Oldbury (5 days in office per week)
- Hours - 37.5 Hours per week
- Salary - Up to £40,000 pa DOE
- Industry - Business Assurance
Overview of the role:
- To be the main point of contact for designated clients
- Prepare and oversee the delivery plan for all key accounts assigned
- To ensure all work is delivered and completed in accordance with technical and commercial requirements
- Provide technical support and guidance for clients
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in managing large complex national and international clients. If you have a background within a certified industry or a H&S environment.
You will also have the following:
- Substantial account management experience
- Full understanding of ISO standards 9001/14001/45001
- Full clean driving license for use in the UK
- Previous experience in project management - ideally in a consulting/auditing environment
- Proficient in computer software
- Customer service and negotiation experience
