Are you ready to take ownership of a major partnership and help shape the future of retail at foodora? 🚀 We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Helsinki team for one year parental leave cover and take our grocery vertical to the next level.
In this role, you’ll focus primarily on managing one of our largest retail partners, working hands-on with topics like pricing, assortment, and integrations. You’ll be the person who ensures this partnership thrives — and the one who doesn’t back down when challenges appear.
Your mission
- Take our grocery partnership to the next level together with our grocery partner’s different stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with our key grocery partner to understand their operational realities, further cooperation opportunities and technical aspects in order to deliver flawless customer experience
- Track performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to maximize partner growth
- Keep complex projects aligned and leverage data to quickly understand where problems arise and how to solve them
- Build strong internal relationships with internal stakeholders in our Regional organisation, Strategy & Performance, Retail Media, and Commercial Support teams

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, ideally with exposure to fast moving consumer business
- A master’s degree in a commercial or technical field
- Strong analytical mindset — you know how to use dashboards and data to push performance
- Energetic, persistent, and solution-oriented — you see opportunities where others see obstacles, and you don’t give up when deals take months to land
- A natural relationship builder who’s comfortable switching between commercial and technical conversations
- Languages: Finnish and English (both required)
- Driver’s license
