JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Manage assigned accounts' growth and retention
  • Develop account strategies to expand revenue and profitability
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for long-term loyalty
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities
  • Manage assigned accounts and client relationships
  • Continue to build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key clients
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients
  • Understand the client's needs, goals, and challenges to deliver a complete solution
  • Develop and manage strategic planning
  • Develop, execute, and maintain account plans aligned with the clients and SGS
  • Provide revenue forecasts, track performance, and ensure targets are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Client Services, Sales)
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Negotiate renewals to secure profitable price agreements
  • Monitor the market and competitive landscape
  • Provide insights to influence business strategy, client offerings, and competitor activities
  • Develop campaigns and an execution plan
  • Develop targeted campaigns (digital, content, events) to increase brand awareness and client engagement
  • Ensure campaigns are consistent with laboratories’ core capabilities
  • Align with industry needs to deliver ROI
  • Provide data-driven insights
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, engagement, and ROI
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign ROI
  • Analyze engagement trends, email open rates, ad click-through rates, and social media engagement patterns
  • Sales Alignment
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging
  • Help build successful pitches and price agreement renewals

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role managing multiple accounts, preferably in the TIC Industry
  • Great attention to detail and communications (Written and Verbal)
