About The Role
As a Key Account Manager at Gunnebo, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and strengthening relationships with our most important clients. This position is not just about managing accounts—it’s about becoming a trusted advisor who understands the unique challenges and needs of each client and delivers tailored security solutions that make a real impact.
You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for innovation in security services. Your work will involve close collaboration with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to guarantee seamless delivery and exceptional service quality.
This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building long-term relationships. What You Will Do
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
· Analyze client needs/wants and prepare customized security solutions.
· Negotiate terms of cooperation and prepare commercial offers.
· Monitor contract execution and ensure high-quality customer service.
· Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver services.
· Identify new sales opportunities and drive business growth in the security sector
· Serve as a contact point for customers and internal teams
· Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
· Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery
· Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
· Actively use your CRM tools
· Take part in the trade fairs, conferences, business meetings
· Promote our products and brand
Who we are looking for
· Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the security industry or related field.
· Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills at senior levels.
· Knowledge of the security services market (physical and/or technological).
· Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on business development.
· Fluent English
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
