Key Account Manager – Indonesia (Handling Indonesia, Malaysia & Singapore Accounts, Travel Required)

The Role: Key Account Manager

This role will be based in Indonesia but will also be responsible for managing Malaysia & Singapore accounts, requiring travel to Malaysia & Singapore as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle post-Go-Live, ensuring seamless renewals.
  • Collect and analyze all necessary details regarding ‘what is sold’ to customers.
  • Lead kick-off and introduction calls with customers and the platform delivery team after account handover.
  • Clarify customer requirements, priorities, and integrations post-implementation.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure they achieve success using Anchanto products.
  • Identify account growth opportunities, upsells, and drive expansion plans.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, payments, and resolution of customer queries.
  • Prepare and maintain revenue forecasts and 12-month account growth plans.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups, status updates, and in-person meetings.
  • Keep customers informed about major product releases, new features, and their benefits.
  • Monitor product usage and customer health through regular check-ins.
  • Manage churn risks by implementing retention strategies and renewal processes.
  • Publish detailed internal reports on churn, improvement areas, and key insights.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address dependencies, escalations, and customer needs.
  • Manage escalations, provide resolutions, and track ETAs for customer issues.
  • Maintain structured communication with stakeholders and manage expectations.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
  • Experience in project management within the eCommerce, SaaS, or IT domain.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a bias for decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Ability to work across teams in different geographies.
