As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the driving force identifying and developing our new key clients locally (new names) while creating extraordinary experiences for them. In this sense, you must ensure their needs are met combining technology, data, insights, local specificities and creativity to build digital assets that drive engagement, enhance efficiency, and accelerate sustainable growth. 

We are a CX specialist with end-to-end capabilities serving large and mid-size enterprises including deep expertise within SQLI local teams around Experience Platforms, Digital Continuity (QA & DevOps) and Data&AI.

You will spearhead the sales process, from identifying new opportunities to securing new business, while nurturing strong relationships with our most valued customers.

  • Defines and implements sales action plans in its territory, giving priority to selling high value-added products and services in growing market segments
  • Follow-up inactive accounts by telephone or e-mail
  • Prospect assigned accounts to offer local and Group's full range of services, and manage the associated customer relations
  • Responds to incoming requests on its accounts
  • Helps prepare sales meetings by summarizing useful data for the pre-sales team
  • Understands the customer's business model and the potential impact of digital on its strategy
  •  Make appointments, collect the information needed to draw up the brief for the operational teams
  • Propose and formalize responses to invitations to tender and commercial proposals
  •  Drafts the financial and contractual part of the proposal in accordance with management instructions
  • Maintains an active watch and takes an interest in the development of current projects in order to improve its knowledge of products and services, and its understanding of customer needs and issues
  • Feeds reporting tools (CRM), provides reliable reporting, analyzes performance and ensures that objectives are met
  • Participate in mailing campaigns and prepare sales events
  • Actively monitors and shows interest in the development of ongoing projects to improve his/her knowledge of products and services, and understanding of customer needs and issues
  • Fills in reporting tools (CRM), provides reliable reporting, analyses his/her performance and ensures meeting of objectives set for him/her

  •  Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our new key clients locally (new names)
  •  Deliver presentations, product demos, and conduct client visits to showcase the value of our solutions
  • Collaborate closely with local and international SQLI teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
  • Location: Barcelona but covering Spain from business standpoint

Qualifications

Who are you?

  • Economics, Business, Software Engineer, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or a related field
  •  MBA highly valued
  • Passionate about Pre-Sales, Sales and Hunting / Prospection
  • Drive to conquer with commercial attitude and a thirst for learning
  • Experience in selling Digital solutions (Project fixed time / fixed price, T&M…), particularly in eCommerce Brands would be welcomed
  • Expertise in managing consultative sales processes within the tech space
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
  • Enthusiastic about working within a close local team in Spain, while also joining a dynamic and stimulating global matrix organization
