- Maintains a high level in performing the duties and responsibilities.
- Develops a solid operational knowledge of all engineering operational procedures.
- Carries out preventive maintenance on all kitchen equipment including but not limited to the electric panels and refrigeration equipment.
- Trouble shoots on all kitchen Equipment.
- Checks stores inventory kitchen spare parts to ensure that there is adequate stock.
- Assists other tradesmen as and when required.
- Maintains all company’s hand and fixed tools in good working condition.
