Responsibilities:
1. Provides assessments of technical and operational practices based on leading industry standards specific to the requested technology
2. Plans, organizes, and conducts research in a variety of areas, such as new or existing products, science, social science, law or business in support of an IT initiative.
3. Searches sources such as reference works, literature, documents, newspapers, statistical records, and other sources of information. May use Internet, Intranet, magazines, periodicals, journals, and other media to perform research
4. Analyzes information and statistical data to prepare reports and studies for use by professionals.
5. Sever as the system administration to configure, maintain and monitor the LANDESK environment and all related components
6. Deploy high and critical patches to all LANDESK managed endpoints, via core servers and Cloud Service Appliances
7. Develop and maintain patch management schedule
8. Maintain web console for technicians and customers to access remote control tools and reports
9. Manage all applications, links and documents published in Portal Manager and Workspaces
10. Deploy and update LANDESK clients on all systems reporting to LANDESK core servers
11. Proactively plan and assist the team with inventory and patch management, software distribution, power saving and report desktop services in a multi-domain enterprise network
12. Monitor assets and ensure updates and patches are timely completed
13. Documents and translate business requirements to technical specifications
14. Provide quality technical support and make recommendations for solutions in a fast pace working environment with the ability prioritize tasks and drive key initiatives to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) ensure long term customer success
15. Plan and conduct testing to validate stability of work products in lower environment prior to implementation
16. Perform research to resolve technical issues and assist others with troubleshooting difficult and complex issues
17. Ensure all LANDESK servers are synced for use to supporting reporting and data analytics
18. Develop and create routine and custom compliance reports
19. Keep customer informed of how and when issues are resolved
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
Skills Required:
· 10 yrs as SME in complex enterprise level projects
· Experience in IT with an emphasis on providing customer service, support, and consulting in a multi domain and node environment
· Deploying and managing the LANDesk Management Suite 9.0 or higher
· Experience with database & SQL development, configuration and querying
· Experience with Testing validation and verification, quality assurance strategies and techniques
· Experience deploying, configuring and troubleshooting with Window Server 2008 or higher
· In-depth knowledge of Windows 7/10 operating systems and MAC OSX 10.10.X
· Knowledge and experience with scripting technologies (Powershell & VBscript) and automation tools
· Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
· Certified LANDESK Administrator/Engineer (CLA/CLE)
· Knowledge and experience working with networking protocols (TCP/IP), networking infrastructure, DHCP, DNS, and switching/routing
· Knowledge and experience with packaging software for distribution across multiple domains.
