This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with strong project management skills, a background in landscape construction, and a commitment to quality and client satisfaction. This position offers some flexibility for remote work and remote field work with work in-office as needed. This position comes with an annual salary of $85,000 - $150,000 depending on experience, as well as benefits which include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), profit sharing, sick leave, PTO, and a company vehicle.

Requirements for our Landscaping Installation Project Manager:

• 5+ years of experience in landscape construction or related project management

• Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods and materials

• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office

• A demonstrated proficiency with composing professional emails to clients

• A demonstrated experience with landscape estimating

• Experience managing, directing and overseeing subcontractors and maintaining strong professional relationships with subcontractors

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities for our Landscaping Installation Project Manager:

• Manage landscape installation projects from start to finish

• Coordinate with designers, clients, field supervisors, and subcontractors

• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards

• Track budgets, costs, and change orders

• Conduct site visits and oversee quality control

• Serve as the primary client contact during construction

• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
