In this position, you will serve as an essential point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and providing support related to our services. Your fluency in Latvian will be key to delivering high-quality service and enhancing the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Latvian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat communication
• Resolve inquiries and provide information on our products and services
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with various teams to address and resolve customer issues
• Guide customers on how to utilize our services effectively
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve our offerings
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on our products

Requirements

• Fluency in Latvian and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A friendly and proactive approach to customer interactions
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience
