Lead 3D Artist (12-Month Contract)

Blackbird Interactive is looking for a Lead 3D Artist to join our team and continue developing a AAA Sci-fi action title. 

Working under the supervision of an Art Director, you’ll be training and leading a diverse group of artists, within an existing IP, while maintaining and adapting an established art pipeline. 

We’re looking for someone with previous experience leading an art team, with the ideal candidate having an excellent development sense, sophisticated pipeline and people skills, and ability to build content development gameplans. 

In addition to leading others and providing feedback, this role will also require the ability to create 3D asset content and material work as a production artist.
