A strategic leadership role driving database modernization through AI-powered solutions, automation excellence, and accelerator-driven delivery. This position builds next-generation teams that deliver high-quality migration services across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

AI-Driven Migration - Leverage AI tools for schema conversion, code optimization, workload analysis, and intelligent automation

Accelerator Development- Build and integrate reusable frameworks, templates, and tools to standardize and fast-track migrations

Presales & Solutioning - Drive sales calls, estimate migration efforts, and present compelling solutions to prospects and executives

Automation Excellence - Automation-first mindset using IaC, CI/CD, and scripting to maximize team capacity and delivery quality
