Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Developer / Technical Team Lead to provide technical direction, architectural guidance, and mentoring across a key digital platform.
In this role, you will oversee solution design, ensure delivery excellence, and act as the primary technical liaison between development teams and executive management. While this is a leadership-focused position, you will remain hands-on in full-stack development, contributing to architecture and code quality while guiding others to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and architectural decisions across the platform.

• Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.

• Mentor developers, support troubleshooting, and foster continuous improvement.

• Translate complex business requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions.

• Oversee multi-layered architecture and integrations with external systems.

• Act as a technical spokesperson in cross-functional and strategic discussions.

• Report on project progress, risks, and delivery quality to executive management.

• Promote engineering best practices and drive innovation within the team.

• Clear technical documentation and consistent knowledge sharing.

• Effective team mentorship and strong alignment on architecture standards.

• Reliable, high-quality software delivery in line with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Full-stack Developer with strong architectural understanding.

• Typically 5+ years of professional development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET Core, APIs, and Azure Cloud Services.

• Experience mentoring developers and leading Agile teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
