About the Role

We’re looking for a Frontend Tech Lead with strong experience in React, TypeScript, and Design Systems, as well as previous experience leading frontend teams, to help us build and enhance our next-generation web applications. As part of our collaborative team, you’ll create seamless, responsive, and visually compelling user interfaces that drive exceptional customer experiences. You’ll work closely with our product, design, and backend teams to deliver impactful features on a global scale.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.
Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to transform concepts into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces, contributing to the technical planning and prioritization of the team's roadmap.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code, adhering to best practices in frontend development.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance across various devices and platforms.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
Work with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with our microservices architecture.
Actively participate in code reviews, and drive technical design discussions to foster best-in-class software engineering practices.
Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in frontend technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Champion the growth of junior engineers by providing dedicated mentorship and actively guiding their technical development.
Act as a key driver of team efficiency by facilitating daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies, ensuring smooth delivery within an Agile framework.
Support the team's growth by driving the technical onboarding of new engineers and contributing to our overall hiring process.
Lead and support the frontend development team through regular 1:1s, continuous feedback, and coaching.
Define and drive career development paths for team members, fostering both growth and high performance.
Facilitate and lead scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinements, retrospectives) to ensure smooth and predictable delivery.
Own team planning, including workload distribution, sprint forecasting, and long-term capacity needs.

Your Profile

6+ years of experience as a frontend engineer with strong proficiency in React.
At least 1 year of experience leading a development team
Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
Familiarity with modern frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and version control (Git).
Experience working in Agile environments, preferably in a Scrum team.
