Job Description:
Lead the architectural design and implementation of a real-time, collaborative music creation platform. You'll build core multiplayer primitives, define sync and conflict models, and scale the backend from hundreds of thousands to millions of users. What you will do:

• Implement core multiplayer primitives like presence, selection, and edit/playback states

• Write crisp React + TypeScript with Zustand, setting high bars for performance and feel

• Design robust sync and conflict models for a real-time collaborative environment

The ideal candidate:

• 7+ years building complex, user-facing systems, including real-time/multi-user features

• Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Node, with expert state architecture (Zustand) and optimistic UI

• Strong understanding of real-time transports (WebSockets, WebRTC) and consistency/conflict resolution (CRDT/OT)
