- Source and gather potential hirer data through structured prospecting activities, including event research, social media, and approved digital tools
- Identify and remove duplicate leads, flag existing customer relationships, and filter out non-target or out-of-scope companies
- Validate the hirer company's information against official business registration records and confirm relevant tax identification details
- Verify person-in-charge (PIC) details, including name, contact number, and email, to ensure data is complete, reachable, and ready for sales follow-up
- Document and resolve data inconsistencies in a clear and traceable manner
- Ensure correct data mapping and completeness before submitting leads to the Account Management team
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records in the CRM system at all stages of the lead lifecycle
- Collaborate with Account Management to continuously refine lead quality criteria based on feedback
- Support ad-hoc initiatives and special projects related to lead operations, data quality, or business development as required
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years' experience in telesales, telemarketing, lead qualification or related fields
- Good English communication skills - comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
- Confident in making calls and talking to new prospects
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Detail-oriented with a good data accuracy mindset
- Able to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Proactive and results-oriented
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
