We are looking for a Lead Implementation Specialist who will be focusing on the successful, end-to-end implementation of our largest and most complex customers. As a Lead Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the flawless execution and launch of the high-profile implementations in your portfolio. You will not only analyze the specific needs and circumstances of each customer but also propose and drive highly tailored implementation plans. Your success will be measured upon the deep integration and full adoption of the Perk platform among your customers' users. You will serve as the highest-level subject matter expert in change management and financial system integration, ensuring a seamless and 7-star experience for our most strategic clients during the onboarding process.

The role requires exceptional leadership, strategic project management, organizational, and complex problem-solving skills, with an unwavering focus on detail. Lead Specialists are expected to be highly technically proficient, capable of autonomously managing advanced integration concepts and guiding the customer's technical and finance teams through sophisticated setups.

What you will do

  • Lead and govern complex, multi-functional implementation projects, utilizing superior Project Management skills to manage sophisticated, high-stakes, multi-stakeholder alignment.

  • Be the top subject matter expert in change management for large-scale migrations. Strategically guide clients through the introduction of a new travel and spend tool and policies in their organization.

  • Apply Full Travel & Spend product knowledge to perform end-to-end setup, including fully customizable items like Workflows and Per Diems.

  • Provide expert guidance and challenge the customer on Finance best practices using Advanced notions of Accounting knowledge (e.g., knowledge on Per Diem rules, understanding Compliance rules in CORE markets).

  • Autonomously set up and troubleshoot on all out-of-box, plug-and-play integrations, including HRIS, SSO, and SCIM.

  • Autonomously set up and troubleshoot on all out-of-box, plug-and-play ERP integrations (e.g., Spend Export File, DateV, Xero).

  • Understand and support more complex ERP integrations (e.g., Business Central (BC), Finance and Operations (F&O), Netsuite), acting as the go-to resource for the customer's Finance Teams on ERP-related questions.

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical and financial challenges during the implementation process.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to more junior Implementation Specialists, promoting team alignment and best practices.

What you will need

  • Three years experience in software implementation.

  • A proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in international environments.

  • A strategic, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for overcoming significant technical and organizational challenges.

  • High capability for structured working, advanced analysis, and delivering expert, defensible recommendations.

  • You are able to develop and influence relationships with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally (including C-level stakeholders), and adapt communication to be professional and effective at an executive level.

  • Fluent German and English written and spoken.

How We Work

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
