About this role

Speak의 Learning & Curriculum 팀에 합류하여 한국 학습자를 위한 고품질 영어 학습 콘텐츠를 책임지고 이끌 Lead Korean ESL/EFL Learning Designer 를 찾고 있습니다.

이 역할은 Speak의 Korean-English curriculum의 1차 책임자(primary owner) 로서, 한국 학습자에게 강하게 공감되고 시장 성장을 견인할 고임팩트 콘텐츠를 기획·제작합니다. 또한 Marketing, Product, Korea Market teams 와 긴밀히 협업하며 한국 시장을 대표하는 핵심 Curriculum 파트너로서 캠페인, 타깃별 콘텐츠, 시장 지향적 이니셔티브를 함께 설계합니다.

이 역할은 언어 교육 전문성, 창의적 감각, 한국 문화에 대한 깊은 이해를 결합해 세계적 수준의 레슨을 만들고 새로운 콘텐츠 아이디어를 실험하는 포지션입니다. 한국 EFL/ESL 학습자의 실질적 문제를 해결하고, 빠르게 변화하는 에듀테크 환경에서 혁신을 이끌며, 핵심 시장을 직접 소유하고 성장시키는 역할에 매력을 느끼신다면 환영합니다.

What you’ll be doing

• Korean-English curriculum 및 우선순위 콘텐츠 프로젝트를 end-to-end로 리드하며, 명확한 계획·소통·실행을 통해 고품질 학습 경험을 제공

• 강력한 에디토리얼·교육적 판단을 바탕으로 신선하고 현대적이며 한국 학습자에게 문화적으로 자연스럽고 효과적인 EFL/ESL 콘텐츠를 지속적으로 제작

• Marketing, Product, Korea Market teams 와 협업하여 가설 기반의 한국 EFL/ESL 콘텐츠 전략을 수립하고 측정 가능한 임팩트를 창출

• 조직 내에서 한국 학습자의 영어 학습 니즈에 대한 신뢰받는 전문가 로서 Content, Marketing, Brand, New Bets 등 주요 결정에 영향력 행사

• 모든 프로젝트에서 높은 실행 속도와 철저한 일정 관리 유지

• 한국 콘텐츠 관련 contractors를 관리 및 역량 강화하여 품질·일관성·생산성 향상

• AI 기반 워크플로우를 실험·도입하여 콘텐츠 제작 효율과 품질을 개선하고 새로운 아이디어를 빠르게 프로토타이핑

What we’re looking for

Must-Haves

• 한국 영어 학습자에게 어떤 콘텐츠가 잘 맞는지에 대한 깊은 감각을 갖춘 원어민 수준의 한국어 능력

• 한국 성인 학습자를 위한 영어 curriculum 또는 콘텐츠 디자인 경력 4–7년 이상, 에듀테크 경험 선호

• 한국 학습자의 니즈와 영어 학습 과정의 어려움에 대한 높은 사용자의 공감력(user empathy)

• 강한 창의적 직관 및 마케팅 감각 — 학습자에게 공감되는 문화적·창의적 콘텐츠 제작 능력

• 최소한의 가이드로도 독자적으로 고품질 커리큘럼을 제작할 수 있는 역량

• Product, Engineering, Business Operations/Analytics, Marketing 등과 원활히 협업해 결정을 주도한 경험

• 최신 툴 사용에 능숙하고, 새로운 시스템과 AI 기반 워크플로우에 빠르게 적응할 수 있는 역량

• 강한 데이터 감각 — 학습·참여 지표를 해석하고 이를 콘텐츠 개선에 반영할 수 있는 능력

• 여러 작업을 동시에 다루며 우선순위·스코프·trade-offs를 명확히 커뮤니케이션할 수 있는 운영 역량

• 미국 또는 한국 거주자
