Lead Microsoft Dynamics Developer

At Ardanis, we are seeking a Dynamics Lead to take ownership of the design, delivery, and governance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across the organization. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Define best practices and technical standards, ensuring consistency across projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, bridging business needs with technology execution.
• Manage and mentor Dynamics consultants/developers, fostering technical excellence and delivery accountability.
• Oversee solution roadmaps, system integrations, and data strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft frameworks, security standards, and governance models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM, Finance & Operations, or Customer Engagement).

• Strong expertise in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Proven ability to design and implement integrations with Azure and third-party systems.
• Hands-on experience with solution architecture, custom development, plugins, workflows, and data migration.
• Strong understanding of security models, compliance (e.g., GDPR), and data governance.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, ALM for Dynamics).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform certifications (Solution Architect, Functional Consultant, Developer).

Nice to Have

• Experience in multi-country or multi-entity Dynamics deployments.
• Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Functions).
• Background in data modeling and master data management.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale integrations and legacy system migrations.
• Additional European language skills.
• Experience in leading pre-sales or RFP processes for Dynamics projects.
