Lead Mobile Developer, relocation to Hamburg,Germany
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a tight-knit team (C#,Java) covering front and back-end development of one of Company’s upcoming mobile titles;
- Overall accountability for the maintenance and improvement of game systems;
- Defining the strategy and roadmap for the game’s technical development in conjunction with relevant stakeholders;
- Owning technical documentation and quality of the team’s output;
- Leading, mentoring, supporting and training developers in order to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Qualifications
Your Skills:
- Profound programming skills with best-practice knowledge and experience in system design and architecture;
- Extensive practical knowledge of C#, C++ or Java in a professional environment for 5+ years;
- Strong knowledge of mobile server / client / database / external module infrastructure;
- Successful experience with technologies such as Box2D, Cocos2D, Unity;
- Proven track record of delivering high quality mobile game projects
- Flexible and pragmatic approach in a demanding live-game development environment;
- Rock-solid leadership skills;
- 3+ years in a Lead / Senior Development role;
- You are passionate about gaming.
Additional Information
Highly Desirable Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Java, PHP, CI deployment;
- You have a strong understanding of touch-driven mobile development, its concepts, challenges and best practices;
- Experience of developing 2D physics action games;
- Strong Technical English;
- Experienced in Agile game development.
