The Role: Our product designers oversee the user experience at Beam and create impactful, effective experiences that address our users needs. We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Designer to join our Product Design team and help craft multiple areas within the user experience. As a Lead Product Designer, you’ll drive the creation of our design infrastructure including implementing best practices around tooling, measurement, and user research, as well diving into new and existing products to enhance the customer experience. You’ll work alongside Engineering and Product teams to provide the vision and guidance of what we build, empower them to make better decisions, and design experiences that impact the lives of hundreds of thousands of people.
