Lead Product Designer

In a Lead Product Designer:

We're seeking a lead product designer to join the team to design the core MVP of our platform alongside the 2-person founding team. You'll own the development and implementation of our initial design styles, talk directly with advisors and future customers, craft the information architecture, and design for fast product delivery. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to get exposure to all parts of building a startup and contribute in many different ways outside of your core responsibilities.

What we're after:

• Significant professional product design experience (5+ years)
• Expert with interactive prototypes and high fidelity design tools (Figma preferred)
• Experience working with professional services SaaS products (Legal tech a huge plus, obviously)
• Experience designing modern web applications for both consumer and business users
• Experience implementing a design system from scratch

What you'll do:

• Work with our CEO, CTO, and industry advisors to help define and design our core MVP, including wireframes, user testing, interactive prototyping, and gathering user feedback.
• Test multiple versions of high-fidelity designs with potential customers.
• Spend most of your time with your hands in Figma when you're not talking to potential customers. This is an output-oriented role.
