About the Role:

We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our Trust & Safety team, focused on Account Integrity. This role will be responsible for defining and executing our strategy for authentication and verification, ensuring the people on Hinge are who they say they are. You’ll design secure, seamless login and verification experiences that uphold user trust, reduce platform abuse, and align with Hinge’s mission to create intentional, meaningful relationships.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with partners across engineering, design, data science, operations, and other teams across the company. You’ll manage nuanced tradeoffs between user experience, security, and business impact, creating friction for bad actors while keeping the experience intuitive for our daters.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role ideal for a product leader who combines technical fluency with sharp product judgment, has experience with verification systems, and thrives in ambiguous problem spaces.
