Lead Product Manager - Core

We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to work within our Core Product team, defining and shaping customer products & propositions that support our 2 million customers. 

Your role will span the entire app experience - from onboarding customers and helping them achieve their financial goals, to launching innovative propositions that support our commercial targets, to ensuring our platform is safe, secure & scalable.

You’ll work closely with our Product Design, Engineering, Compliance & Customer Excellence teams to deliver products & experiences across the board. As a truly cross-functional mission, you’ll not only be responsible for tackling ambiguous, high-risk or urgent problems, but also innovating & creating the next-generation of products & services for our customers. 

You will be accountable for outcomes end-to-end, from problem definition through delivery, launch, and post-launch impact.

Working Policy:We have a hybrid policy that includes 2 days from our London office and 3 from home. If the role states it is either hybrid or remote candidates must be based within the UK.
