Job Description
QuinStreet is seeking a talented and motivated Lead React/Vue Developer to join our 360 Finance
team. In this role, you will play a key part in building and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and reliable
front-end applications. You’ll collaborate closely with our UX, backend, and product teams throughout
the entire software development lifecycle—leveraging tools like Figma, Storybook, and modern
front-end frameworks to deliver seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain high-quality, production-level code focused on security, performance, and
scalability.
• Implement front-end solutions aligned with design and architecture specifications provided by the
Systems Solution Architect.
• Build, optimize, and debug applications using React or Vue 3, ensuring robust functionality and
maintainability.
• Participate in requirements analysis, high-level design, and effort estimation for new features and
enhancements.
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate visual concepts into responsive, accessible interfaces
using Figma and Storybook.
• Work closely with backend developers, QA engineers, and other technical teams to ensure smooth
integration across services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to performance, scalability, and cross-browser
compatibility.
• Serve as a technical liaison for vendor interactions and cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage and optimize multiple web applications, maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.

Technical Qualifications
• 7+ years of software development experience, including object-oriented design and web application
architecture (MUST).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React or Vue frameworks (MUST).
• 3+ years of experience in building and maintaining front-end architecture.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and front-end integration best practices (MUST).
• Experience collaborating closely with UX teams using Figma, Storybook, or related tools.
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 frameworks.
• Solid understanding of cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility considerations.
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Rollup.
• Experience with mobile-responsive design; exposure to mobile app development (Android/iOS) is a
plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving under tight deadlines.
