Join us as a Learning Content Creator/eLearning Developer. You will help tackle our bandwidth and content velocity issues and play a key role in executing and scaling our training strategy through high-quality learning content. This is a unique chance to make a real difference in how we deliver and maintain quality learning. You will enable faster creation of new and updated eLearning while improving consistency, learner engagement, and brand alignment to support important internal readiness and customer adoption initiatives.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will enhance our learning experiences. This role goes beyond producing content by focusing on delivering learning assets that are clear, engaging, and scalable. You will be vital in ensuring the quality, consistency, and impact of all content we deliver, supporting both internal teams and our customers. You will create engaging learning content that supports understanding and practical skill application. This will raise the standards for how our organization approaches learning and development. You will help improve how individual learning assets connect within existing training paths.
The Skills You'll Have
eLearning Content Development & Instructional Execution:
-Demonstrated experience building new eLearning and microlearning from start to finish.
-Hands-on experience with modern eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, and Genially, particularly for interactive and visually engaging learning experiences
-Create and edit video-based learning assets, including screen recordings, walkthroughs, and animated or visual content, using tools such as Camtasia or Vyond to support learning objectives.
-Ability to organize complex information from raw documentation or SME input into clear, learner-friendly training assets.
-A strong portfolio that shows clarity, structure, and instructional quality in your past learning projects.
-Experience designing and creating interactive simulations in Storyline, including workflows or decision points.
Learner Experience, Visual Quality & Scalable Design:
-Consistent use of brand and visual guidelines to create polished learning materials.
-Proven ability to design clear, engaging layouts that enhance learner understanding and retention.
-Experience creating or updating slide templates and course visuals for a cohesive look.
-Advanced experience in visual storytelling or interactive design that increases engagement and impact.
-Proven ability to use reusable templates, components, or design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency at scale.
Technical Concept Enablement:
-Experience creating engaging training content for technical or complex product topics.
-Comfort working from technical documentation or detailed workflows to extract key information.
-Ability to validate content accuracy and relevance through collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
-Proven experience assisting advanced or admin-level learners with specialized technical content.
-Experience turning complex technical workflows into interactive simulations or practice-based learning exercises.
Project Execution, Feedback Incorporation & Collaboration:
-Experience managing multiple content projects at once, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
-Ability to actively seek, receive, and constructively apply feedback to improve deliverables continuously.
-Effective collaboration skills, building strong relationships with Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders.
-Proactively identify content gaps, improvement opportunities, and strategic initiatives to enhance the learning ecosystem.
-Demonstrated ownership of deliverables from start to finish, ensuring accountability and successful outcomes.
